Chef Charlie returns to the library for an educational and enjoyable holiday cooking demonstration.  Learn some great recipes and time-saving tips so you can spend more time with friends and family and less time in the kitchen. Please call ahead to see if there is still space available.  The demonstration begins at 7 p.m.  Reminder: Next Tuesday are the WI Fire Department elections.  We'll have a rundown of who's running today on Patch. The West Islip Board of Education is hosting their monthly meeting tonight at 8 p.m. inside the HS auditorium.  Catch up on the latest school news.   In Style Salon &amp; Spa is holding their annual holiday shopping night this evening at 5 p.m.  Homemade chocolate, jewelry, pocketbooks, clothing will all be available for purchase.   Stay tuned this afternoon for a list of homes on that market that will host open viewings this weekend.
