Local Gas Guide: Where to Fill 'Er Up

Three West Islip gas stations are selling the cheapest fuel in town, according to LongIslandGasPrices.com.

Valero, Gas Stop and Delta are all offering regular gas for $3.55 per gallon, when payed with cash.  The price is considerably lower than in past weeks, and should expect to drop even lower in the coming weeks.

Their price of $3.55 isn't far off from the most inexpensive on the Island either.  That honor goes to a Gulf in Franklin Square, where they have fuel for $3.45 per gallon. 

Meanwhile, the Long Island average price of $3.67 is the cheapest its been in the last few months.  The most expensive price around? Numerous stations in Hicksville are charging $3.99 per gallon.
