Man Missing From West Islip, Silver Alert Issued: Police

Robert Lynch, 94 hasn't been seen or heard from since he left his West Islip home on Tuesday to shop at Costco, Suffolk County police say.

WEST ISLIP, NY — Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 94-year-old West Islip man who is hearing impaired, police said.

Robert Lynch has not been seen or heard from since 11:15 a.m. Tuesday when he left his Edgewood Road home in his gray 2004 Cadillac Seville (NY plate CHZ 5488) to go shopping at Costco in Commack, police said.

According to police, Lynch's vehicle’s last known location was on Pine Aire Drive in Bay Shore at approximately 1:10 p.m.

He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information regarding his last known whereabouts may call 911 or Third Squad detectives at 631-854-8352.
