Roots Bistro Gourmand is welcoming the start of summer with a dinner pairing featuring beers from some of Long Island's summer hotspots.
The six-course dinner begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday and will feature beers from Southampton and Fire Island.
Courses include pan-roasted striped bass and bacon-wrapped pork loin. The dinner is $55 per person. Reservations are required.
