Roots Bistro will host a beer pairing featuring brews from Ommegang brewery on Tuesday, April 9. The six-course menu will feature the French-inspired cuisine that has become the standard at Roots, paired with a selection of beers from the Cooperstown, NY brewery. Dishes include crispy pork belly and poached oysters paired with Belgian style Pale Ale and lobster and shaved foie gras with Hennepin Farmhouse Saison.
