WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — 826NYC, the local branch of the national tutoring non-profit founded by writer Dave Eggers, is looking for an After-School Tutoring Programs Coordinator for its satellite location in South Williamsburg.
826 focuses on developing the writing skills of students between the ages of 6 and 18.
The tutoring coordinator will work to enroll students in the program, train volunteer tutors, and develop curricula.

The Williamasburg branch of 826 is located at 240 Division Ave., inside the Williamsburg Library.
The job requires a commitment of 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Thursday during the afternoon, in addition to some work on weeknights.

Applicants must have at least two years of experience in education program development, and must be fluent in Spanish, among 826's other requirements. The job pays $17 per hour and starts on August 1st.
