Junior Bishop, the Times Square panhandler infamous for punching a cop in Times Square last year while dressed as Spider-Man (video below), may have changed his costume this year, but his game remains the same.

The 26-year-old, who now costumes himself as the Incredible Hulk, was arrested Sunday afternoon after cops observed him demanding money from tourists, according to the NYPD — just as he was allegedly doing last year, while dressed as Spider-Man.

“Police intervened, advising tourists that tipping was optional,” and NYPD spokesman told Patch.

At this point Bishop “went off, cursing at the officer and a second cop nearby,” according to the New York Daily News, which first reported his arrest. ”Asked for identification so police could issue him a summons, Bishop refused and stormed off, still cursing.”

An NYPD spokesman confirmed that Bishop was “acting disorderly, causing public alarm and using profanity in public.”

Bishop was reportedly charged with obstructing governmental administration and disorderly conduct.

When arrested in summer 2014 as Spider-Man, Bishop was identified as a Brooklyn resident. However, police said his home address is now listed in Manhattan.

According to the Daily News, Bishop sued the NYPD for false arrest after his videotaped takedown (below) and asked for $1.5 million. That lawsuit is reportedly pending.
