Its selection of seven short films and one full-length documentary are billed as “entertaining and educational films about cannabis” that ”further transform, stimulate change, and share the expanding horizons of cannabis culture in the city of New York.”
The finale is a profile of Israeli scientist Raphael Mechoulam, the man widely credited with discovering THC — shot by the filmmaker widely credited with convincing the Israeli government to create a comprehensive medical marijuana program.
