Williamsburg Motorcycle Crash Leads To 1 Fatality

A man was killed after he lost control of his motorcycle in East Williamsburg early Saturday morning, cops said.

EAST WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — A Brooklyn man is dead after he lost control of his motorcycle at the intersection of Bushwick and Montrose avenues early Saturday morning, cops said. Franklin Goodman, a 68-year-old from Bensonhurst, was riding northbound on Bushwick Avenue when he lost control and dropped his 2004 Suzuki, cops said. He ended up under a box truck parked at 235 Bushwick Ave., according to police, who got the 911 call at 4:53 a.m., they said.

There are no arrests at this time, and the NYPD Collision Investigation Squad is investigating the incident.
