The Early Word: Next Meeting of the Golden Farm Workers
A Saturday stoop sale, Jaya Yoga teacher training and more.
1. There will be a multi-family stoop sale on Saturday, April 14th from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. All manner of furniture, clothing, shoes, books and DVDs will be available, so stop by and browse at 68 Stratford Rd. between Church Avenue and Caton Road.
2. The next joint planning meeting for community members and Golden Farm employees will be held tonight at 7:30 p.m. at P.S. 179. The school is located at 202 Avenue C between East 3rd and East 2nd streets.
3. If you're ready to take your yoga practice to the next level, consider Jaya Yoga's teacher training program. The next info session will be held on April 23rd at the studio's Park Slope location at 1626 8th Ave.

4. Bring your compostable scraps to today from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at East 8th Street and Newkirk Avenue.
5. Alternate side parking is suspended Thursday through Saturday in observance of Orthodox Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Passover.
