A Chipotle With A Brand-New Look Is Rolling Into Yorktown Heights
The new location is the company's first restaurant in NY featuring an all-new design concept incorporating unique materials.

YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, NY — Good news for fans of burritos that require both hands to eat.
A new Chipotle Mexican Grill will open in Yorktown Heights on Wednesday, a company spokesperson told Patch. The newest outlet will be located at 3200 Crompond Road, and will be open every day of the week, from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain serves burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas and salads. There are over 2,000 locations worldwide.

The new location is the company's first restaurant in New York featuring an all-new design format that Chipotle says uses new materials, textures, and artwork to amplify the company's commitment to "Food with Integrity" while paying homage to historic designs.
New elements include:

- Wood Tile Floor: replacing Chipotle's traditional concrete floor, it fills the restaurant with warmth and rich patterns.
- Corten Art Wall: the legacy architectural material is transformed into an elevated focal wall that "heroes" the iconic Chipotle pepper.
- Corten Ceiling Element: this large-scale metal ceiling and lighting element creates a layer of visual richness throughout the space.
- New Wall Finishes: updated surfaces and artisan materials are more textural and help impart a feeling of freshness.
The new store will also feature the signature "Chipotlane," a drive-thru pick-up lane that lets customers pick up digital orders without leaving their vehicles.

Yorktown Heights customers will be able to try the fan-favorite Chicken al Pastor, available for a limited time.
The Chipotle spokesperson told Patch that the company is proud to offer communities the opportunity to host a fundraiser with 25 percent of sales given back to the established cause. They offer an in-restaurant and/or digital option to accommodate those who prefer off-premise dining. Organizations that wish to set up a fundraiser can reach out to Chipotle via the Philanthropy section of the website.
This latest Chipotle in Yorktown Heights joins a handful of other locations in the Hudson Valley, and is part of an ambitious growth strategy from the California-based fast-casual restaurant chain.
Chipotle is hiring at the Yorktown Heights location and across the U.S. The company says there are around 30 jobs per location, with competitive benefits, including: a crew bonus with the chance to earn an extra month's worth of pay each year, a debt-free college degree program, English as a second language, and access to mental healthcare for employees and their families.
