Chipotle Signs Long-Term Lease For Yorktown Location

YORKTOWN, NY — A long-term lease was signed with Chipotle Mexican Grill for a location in Yorktown.

Breslin Realty Development Corp., based in Garden City, announced the lease signing Wednesday.

Chipotle will occupy about 2,300 square feet of the Lowe’s shopping center at the northwest corner of the intersection of Route 202 and the Taconic State Parkway.

The location will have a drive-thru for picking up orders placed via Chipotle’s mobile app. No drive-thru ordering was proposed for the restaurant.

No opening date has been announced.

Additional retail at the shopping center, besides Lowe’s Home Improvement, includes Starbucks, Slice Pizzeria, AAA and Trader Joe’s.

Chipotle is a chain of fast-casual Mexican restaurants that serves burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas and salads. There are more than 2,000 locations worldwide.
