A 43-year-old Mahopac woman is facing a petty larceny charge in Yorktown for stealing two shirts and a bathroom spa set, police said.
The woman was arrested on June 20 after police were summoned to Sears. She was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor.
Police said she had concealed the items, valued at $70, in a backpack type bag and exited the store without paying for them. The woman was later released and scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on July 23.
