Dog Park Public Hearing; Powerball Jackpot; Birth on the Taconic in Yorktown

2) The New York Powerball Wednesday jackpot has reached $400 million, according to a press release from the New York Lottery. That's almost as high as the record $590.5 million winning ticket purchased in Florida this past May. Have you purchased a ticket—or 10—yet?
