DOT To Close Lanes On Taconic For Bridge Repairs
Two lanes of the northbound parkway will close between exits 11 and 13 in the town of Yorktown.
YORKTOWN, NY — There will be lane closures on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Yorktown.
The state Department of Transportation said that two lanes of the northbound parkway will close between Exit 11 (State Route 134) and Exit 13 (Underhill Avenue) in the town of Yorktown.
Closures will begin between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3 through Thursday, Jan. 4 to facilitate bridge repairs, weather permitting.

Motorists are urged to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result suspension of an individual’s driver’s license.
