Dunkin', Boutique Hotel: Yorktown Planning Board Meeting Agenda

YORKTOWN, NY — The Yorktown Planning Board will hold a regular session and a work session at 7 p.m. Monday, June 26.

On the agenda, which can be found here, will be a negative declaration for the Dunkin at 3735 Crompond Rd. (Route 202), a decision statement on the Gardena Hotel, an 18-room boutique hotel at 1952 Commerce St. and discussions on the site plans for Garden Lane Apartments and Underhill Farm.
