Five Vie For Two Somers School Board Seats
The field includes one incumbent and four newcomers.
SOMERS, NY - Five candidates are running for two seats on the Somers school board, according to the district.
The field's lone incumbent is Chadwick Olsen; fellow incumbent Linda Graffitti is not running again. The challengers are MaryRose Joseph, Jonathan Welsh, Lindsay Portnoy and Rania Laredo.
Voting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 16 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Somers Middle School's gymnasium.
