Police also determined that while he has a valid Connecticut driver's license, his New York license was revoked for a previous DWI conviction. Constantino was also mandated to have a vehicle interlock device, but one was not installed in his vehicle.

Constantino was charged with a laundry list of offenses:

  • felony driving while intoxicated, previous conviction in 10 years
  • felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, BAC .18 percent or higher
  • felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator
  • misdemeanor circumvention of interlock device
  • open alcohol container in vehicle, a traffic infraction
  • moved from lane unsafely, a traffic infraction
  • drove across hazard marking, a traffic infraction
  • failure to obey traffic control device, a traffic infraction

Constantino was issued an appearance ticket for the charges and was released on his own recognizance to a responsible party. He is due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on June 3.
