Police Blotter: Man Pointed Pistol At Two Bar Patrons
Harassments, stolen boots, a bar brawl, a love triangle saga, and a man who sent police on a manhunt.

May 28
12:18 p.m. Kevin M. Alimonti, 43, was arrested for violating a temporary order of protection. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, for allegedly harassing a Camel resident on May 26 at 4:30 p.m. while at Chelsea Park on Gomer Street. Alimonti voluntarily turned himself in at Yorktown police headquarters.
May 2912:29 p.m. Christopher J. Collichio, 41, of Media, Pa., was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, for stealing a pair of Wolverine work boots from Sears, valued at $90. The man is due in court on July 8 at 6 p.m. He was released on $500 bail.

3:02 p.m. Police received a call from a resident of Sandpiper Court reporting a domestic dispute. Officers Christopher O'Rourke, Justin Foley and Stephen Bobker were dispatched and arrested a 16-year-old Yorktown male, whose name is being withheld due to his eligibility for youthful offender status, for allegedly punching another family member in the face. Police report no injuries. He is charged with attempted assault third degree and was ordered a temporary order of protection.
May 301:48 a.m. Police arrested 20-year-old Stephen T. Dirubba of Fishkill, for driving while intoxicated, passing a stop sign, and speeding. According to police a report was received that a red vehicle had just driven across someone's lawn on Ivy Road and was traveling toward Stoney Street. Police officer William Olli pursued the vehicle until it stopped on Judy Road. The man is due in court on July 8.

3:16 am- Police report the arrest of a 36-year-old Gregory Deiulio of Mahopac. He is charged with second degree menacing, a misdemeanor. Police received a 911 call that a man at the Southside Inn Sports Bar, 1927 Commerce Street in Yorktown, was pointing a gun at an employee. Upon investigation of police officer Brian Nicholson, it was determined Deiulio allegedly pointed a pistol at two employees after a verbal argument. No shots were fired. Temporary order of protection was placed ordering Deiulio to stay away from the two bar employees. He is due back in court on June 8, at 6 p.m.
May 312:34 a.m. Police arrested 41-year-old Richard G. Milanese of Maple Hill Street, after a Yorktown female resident allegedly received a harassing and threatening phone call from the man. The man was arraigned and is scheduled to appear in court on June 8.
2:09 p.m. Police received a report about a criminal mischief. During a love triangle, a jealous boyfriend smashed the car window of the ex-girlfriend's boyfriend at a McDonalds, on 3333 Crompond Rd, at the BJs Plaza.
5:32 p.m. Police received a report of a burglary at 3040 Grant Ave to the Pool House. The incidence is still under investigation.
2:27 a.m. Police received a call from Junior Lake Park, 1939 Edgewater Street, that a minivan was parked in the lot for the past hour. Upon arrival of officers Robert Pavletich and Paul Dillon, they established the minivan belonged to Haylan Street resident. Police found nothing suspicious.
9:08 a.m. Police received a call for assistance at 1943 Baldwin Road. Officers Brian Nicholson, Michael Pietraniello, William Olli, Jason Swart and James Graham responded to a call of a possible person barricading himself in the house. Nearby French Hill Elementary School was advised for lockout. The person of interest, now identified as Stephen Manfredi, was not home. The Department of Probation was looking for him to arrest him for a violation of probation. All was clear at 1:43 p.m.
11:29 a.m. Officer Stephen Bobker and Christopher O'Rourke responded to a domestic dispute between a woman and her boyfriend at Parmly Rd.
11:42 a.m. Police officer Christopher O'Rourke responded to a call from Sears, 600 Lee Blvd. reporting a female shoplifter in custody. Upon investigation, 38-year-old Tarcila E. Naula, of Peekskill, was arrested for stealing $90.99 worth of merchandise. She is due in court on July 8.
7:36 p.m. A resident reported an animal was in her cherry tree eating the cherries. She believed it was a rabbit, and refused to come out of her house. Officer Timothy Kolkmann responded to Overhill Street, but the animal was gone upon arrival.
7:56 p.m. Police received reports of an employee at A Plus Mini Market, 3650 Lee Rd. being harassed by family members at the location. Upon arrival, officers Mark Rapisarda and Lawrence Paniccia reported nothing was taking place at the location.
June 36 p.m. 57-year-old Anthony E. Dipaolo, of Garrison, surrendered himself to Yorktown Police headquarters after learning police requested criminal summons from the court on charges of harassment. According to police, they received a report of harassment from a Mt. Kisco resident on April 30 at 6:24 p.m. The victim alleged he was struck about the body and scratched on the neck by Dipaolo. He is due in court on June 8.
