Police: Both Drivers in Yorktown Car Crash had Suspended Licenses

A Peekskill man and a White Plains man collided in Yorktown; police charged both with misdemeanors.

 investigating a two-car accident in Yorktown allege that both drivers had suspended licenses. 

Richard K. Scarborough, 20 of White Plains, and Luis A. Llivipuma, 33 of Peekskill, were charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. 

Police said they discovered the situation after they responded to the vehicle accident on June 29 at the intersection of Route 6 and Mountain Brook Road.

Scarborough and Llivpuma were each released on $100 bail and scheduled to appear in  on July 26.
