Police: Man Charged with Unlawful Possession of Prescription

Unlawful Possession of a Prescription
A 32-year-old Mahopac man is accused of unlawfully possessing a doctor's prescription, said.
Following a police investigation, Nicholas A. Gigliobianco was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a misdemeanor. He was arrested on June 19 when he voluntarily turned himself over to police.

The defendant was processed and later released. He was scheduled to appear in court on July 26.
Mohegan Lake Teen Stopped for Traffic Infractions, Found to Be Driving With Suspended License

A 17-year old Mohegan Lake teen is accused of operating a vehicle with a suspended license and no registration, police said.
The teen, whose name police did not release, was arrested on June 18 at about 4:40 p.m. near Mohawk Road. Police said his vehicle was stopped for allegedly not having a front license plate and having excess window tint.
The Mohegan Lake resident was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation (misdemeanor), unregistered motor vehicle (traffic infraction), excess window tint (traffic infraction), no front plate (traffic infraction) and covered tail lights (traffic infraction).
The 17-year-old was transported to the police department for processing. He was later released to a family member and was scheduled to appear in court on July 19.
