Police: Three Cortlandt Men Arrested for Stealing from Jefferson Valley Mall

Three Cortlandt Manor men are facing criminal charges in Yorktown for allegedly being in possession of stolen merchandise from various stores, said.
Garfield P. Holland, 19, Allen C. Agbamu, 19, and Augustine O. Agbamu, 21, were charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor.
The three men were arrested on July 24 when Yorktown police observed three suspicious individuals in the mall's parking lot. Police said the men left in a vehicle, but were soon stopped by another police officer for a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Investigation revealed the defendant were allegedly in possession of assorted merchandise, having a total value of $309.55, which was stolen from stores located inside the Jefferson Valley Mall, police said.
The men were arrested and transported to Yorktown police headquarters for processing. They were later released and scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 23.
