Police: Yorktown Man Stopped for Speeding, Charged with Drunk Driving
The following information was provided by the Carmel Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 25-year-old Yorktown man, who was allegedly speeding in Carmel, faces drunk driving charges, police said.
Seth Williams was stopped on June 28 at approximately 11:30 p.m. for allegedly speeding on Route 6N. Police said the man was interviewed and subjected to field sobriety tests.
Following the investigation, the defendant was placed under arrest for allegedly driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Williams was released and scheduled to appear in court on July 9.
