Port Chester Man Drives Drunk In Yorktown: Police
Authorities also said the man was driving with a revoked license.
YORKTOWN, NY — A Port Chester man was accused of drunken driving and more after being stopped in Yorktown for erratic driving.
The Yorktown Police Department said, shortly before 5 p.m. Monday, a report was received about an erratic driver on Route 35 who then turned onto Route 202.
Officers responded to the area and stopped the car after, they said, it didn’t stay in its lane three different times.

Joseph Cuadros, 23, of Port Chester, was identified as the driver, and a DMV check of his license showed it was revoked, police said.
An investigation at the scene determined the man was driving while intoxicated by alcohol and in possession of two open containers of alcohol in the car.

Cuadros was arrested and taken to the Yorktown Police Department for processing, after which it was found he had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent or more, police said.
He was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, driving while intoxicated, first offense, and aggravated driving while intoxicated, blood alcohol content 0.18 percent or more, misdemeanors.
Cuadros was also charged with three counts of fail to use designated lane and two counts of possession of open container of alcohol in a vehicle, traffic infractions.
He was issued traffic tickets and an appearance ticket for the charges and was released on his own recognizance to a responsible adult.
Cuadros is due to appear in the Yorktown Justice Court June 27.
