Public Hearings On Area Variances In Cortlandt: Meetings For The Week

YORKTOWN-CORTLANDT, NY — There are a few meetings in Yorktown and Cortlandt scheduled for the week of June 19.

In the town of Cortlandt, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a session on Thursday, June 22.

At 6:30 p.m. the board will have a work session to discuss the agenda for the regular meeting.

At 7 p.m., the regular meeting will be held.

The agenda, which can be seen in its entirety here, includes news public hearings on an application for an area variance for accessory structures exceeding 50 percent of the area of the principal structure for a proposed studio at 48 Apple Hill Dr. and an application for an area variance for accessory structures exceeding 50 percent of the area of the principal dwelling for a proposed pool deck at 169 Watch Hill Rd.

There is also an adjourned public hearing for proposed additions to an existing residence at 12 Crestview Ave.

The meeting will be held at Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady St. in Cortlandt Manor.

In Yorktown, there will be a Town Board regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 20.
