New York Lottery officials said there was one top-prize-winning ticket sold for the April 25 Take 5 midday drawing at Lakeland Liquors, 995 East Main St. in Shrub Oak.
The winning ticket is worth $19,471, officials said.

Winning numbers for the April 25 Take 5 midday drawing are 4-6-10-18-33, according to the New York Lottery website.
Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39.
