Thank You for Supporting the 11th Annual Run for Recovery!

Over 250 runners, walkers, volunteers, representatives of organizations and businesses came out to FDR Park on September 27th, a perfect fall morning, to raise awareness about mental health and substance use disorders while celebrating hope, resilience, and recovery. The Alliance for Safe Kids, Drug Crisis in Our Backyard, Search for Change and Run 4 Recovery are deeply grateful for the support received for this year's Run for Recovery. Whether through sponsorship, donations, volunteering some time or running/walking, the generosity of so many made this event a true success. This event is more than a race; it is a reminder of what we can achieve together as we work toward taking better care of one another.
