Trader Joe's In Yorktown To Open Within 6 Weeks: Officials
Town and state officials were at the new location recently to review the proposed traffic plan in advance of the store's opening.

YORKTOWN, NY — The new Trader Joe's in Yorktown should open its doors to the public in four to six weeks.
That is what the town posted on Facebook Wednesday after town and state officials met with representatives from Trader Joe's and Breslin Realty.
They were doing a site visit to review the proposed traffic plan in advance of the store's opening.

Trader Joe's will be located at 3220 Old Crompond Rd. in Yorktown Heights in the same shopping center as Lowe's Home Improvement off of Route 202.
The Trader Joe's website gives no information about the new store other than saying it is "Coming Soon!" and that alcohol will not be sold at that location.

Lowe's opened its doors in April 2019. Other retail businesses in the shopping center include Starbucks, AAA and Slice Pizza.
Other Trader Joe's stores in Westchester County are in Hartsdale, Larchmont and Scarsdale. New Yorkers in Putnam and Dutchess counties also frequent the Trader Joe's in Danbury, Connecticut.
