Wintry Mix on the Way

Snow and sleet accumulations of up to four inches are possible.

Get out your winter coats—a few inches of snow are on the way for Wednesday.

After a few days of sunshine and temperatures climbing near 50, locals will see snow tomorrow—there's 100 percent chance, in fact.

The National Weather Service forecasts snow before 3 p.m., then more snow, freezing rain, and sleet between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. The evening commute could be messy, with the wintry mix continuing into the early evening.

Warmer temperatures and more rain on Thursday will likely wash away any accumulation of snow, however.

The extended forecast calls for a partly sunny Friday with highs in the mid 40s, and more snow and rain possible Friday night.
