A 46-year-old Yorktown man, who had pushed and threatened a woman, is facing a felony charge, police said.
Dennis Grant was arrested on July 17 after a Cordial Road resident reported a domestic dispute in progress. Police said Grant had pushed and threatened the woman in violation of an order of protection. He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.
The man was released after posting the $500 bail. He was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on July 23.
