An 18-year-old Yorktown teen faces a criminal charge that he allegedly forcibly grabbed a 17-year-old girl's private area over her clothes while they were at a party,  said.  Police did not release the defendant's name because of his eligibility for youthful offender status. He was charged with forcible touching, a misdemeanor. The teen was served with a temporary order of protection and was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He was due in Yorktown Town Court on July 19.
