Here's a rundown of offices and services that will be closed in Mooresville for Thanksgiving.
MOORESVILLE, NC — Thursday, Nov. 26 is Thanksgiving Day and a federal holiday, which means government offices, schools and some businesses will take a break in its observance.
The Town of Mooresville, along with Iredell County government offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27.

U.S. Post Office: Closed
State Offices: Closed Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27

Town of Mooresville Offices: Closed Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27
Mooresville trash collection: delayed one day for Thursday residential and blue weekly recycling customers. Please note collection will resume very EARLY Friday morning. Customers are asked to place containers at the curb Thursday evening so they are ready for collection Friday morning.
County Offices: Closed Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27
Mooresville Public Library: The Mooresville Public Library will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25 and will reopen on Monday, Nov. 30.
