Register now for the Play It Forward Raleigh Virtual 5k. All proceeds will go directly to the Raleigh Parks financial assistance program.

Complete a 5k during the month of April by heading to your favorite park or trail, walking in your neighborhood, or around your home. You can race alone or bring along family, friends, coworkers, or even your dog.

For more than 25 years, Play It Forward Raleigh has helped over 8,000 individuals in Raleigh and the surrounding communities participate in recreation programs that encourage healthy lifestyles, promote self-confidence, and teach life-long lessons. This financial assistance program provides affordable, accessible programs that bring children, individuals, and families into our parks and foster a lifetime of play.

• Registration is $25 per person.  Register online here(link is external).
• Registration includes a digital race bib, finisher's certificate, and a race medal. Medals will be available for pick-up the week of May 2-7 at select Raleigh Parks Community Centers. You will choose the pick-up location during registration. This reduces mailing costs and allows proceeds to assist more families.
