Four Associates from The Cardinal at North Hills Earn Top Awards at Annual Kisco Senior Living Conference

RALEIGH, NC (June 5, 2025) – The Cardinal at North Hills, a Kisco Signature Community, proudly recognizes four associates who were recently honored with distinguished awards at the annual Kisco Senior Living Conference in Washington D.C. The event brought together leaders and associates across all Kisco communities to learn and celebrate individuals who exemplify leadership, innovation, and a strong commitment to enhancing the resident experience.

Erika McMillin’s dedication to driving strong revenue growth earned her the President’s Club award. With a remarkable focus on The Cardinal’s expansion, she led as one of the top three sales professionals in Kisco. Her unwavering commitment to excellence continues to drive success and inspire her team.

Sales Leader of the Year – Betsy Sykes

Betsy Sykes has shown an exceptional drive in sales, consistently surpassing community goals. As Sales Leader of the Year, Sykes has led the implementation of creative and effective sales initiatives, guiding and motivating The Cardinal team to achieve collective goals, including sellout of The Cardinal’s new East Tower. Her devotion to the community is reflected through her active involvement in events, member experiences, and community initiatives.

Executive Director of the Year – Jaime Pacheco

Jaime Pacheco has successfully led The Cardinal as General Manager through his innovative approach and hands-on leadership. From implementing new management solutions to fostering elevated levels of member satisfaction, his contributions have significantly enhanced the living experience within the community.

President’s Tanzanite Award – Cedrika Francisco

Cedrika Francisco consistently sets a high standard for excellence, elevating the dining experience for members with every dish she creates. Fransico was a community award winner and was nominated by General Manager, Jaime Pacheco, for two of the company’s top awards: the “President’s Tanzanite Award” and the “Tanzanite Award.”
