  1. Artsplosure will be taking over Fayetteville Street this entire weekend. Today and tomorrow, there will be more than 175 artisans showcasing their work at the free festival, as well as live music and kids' activities. There will also be several large, interactive installations including 'The Art of Pickleball', which include four art-covered pickleball courts that festival goers can use throughout the day.   2. If you love Boulted Bread you will be happy to hear that they have moved to a larger space just around the corner from their original location. The award-winning business is now located at 328 Dupont Circle. Stop in an check out the new place, complete with plenty of indoor seating and of course lots of delicious bread. (WRAL News)
  3. If you love food, mark your calendars for the International Food Festival, which will be held in Raleigh on June 3rd from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Fayetteville Street. A wide array of vibrant cultures will converge to create a unique and appetizing celebration of food from around the world. Over 60 vendors will be on hand serving traditional dishes from their homelands. There will also be live performances of traditional dancing from various countries and a 1970s and ‘80s outdoor dance party. According to Walter Magazine, "The city of Raleigh Museum will offer special programming in conjunction with the event, including puppet shows, folk stories, face painting and story time."
