DURHAM, NC — A man who police say used his ice cream truck to lure children and sexually assault them in Durham has been taken into custody. Isam Fathee Mohamed Rahmah turned himself into police late Friday night and has been charged with first-degree kidnapping and indecent liberties with a child, according to jail records. Rahmah is being held on a $1 million bond. According to police, Rahmah operated a red ice cream truck that he used to lure two children. Police say two male juveniles have reported that they were sexually assaulted inside the truck. Police say the incidents occurred Oct. 22 and Oct. 25 but were reported later to police.Image via Durham Police
