Pack the Stress Away Event Planned for June 18 is Postponed
A new date will be announced soon.

(Apex, NC) – The free “Pack Your Stress Away” workshop originally planned for Wednesday, June 18, 2025, between 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m in Apex, North Carolina has been postponed. Album Summit Pines, a new 55+ active adult community located at 8200 Jenks Road, Apex, NC 27523., will announce a new date soon.
The event will be led by Matthew Zopp from Moves for Seniors. Since 2007, the company has been helping seniors across the country with moving, packing, unpacking and setting up their new homes. “One of the biggest hurdles people have when they make the decision to move is where to start because there is so much to do. So, we put together a presentation about the steps involved with downsizing and organizing,” said Zopp.
After showing a short film, Zopp will share strategies that work with people in the audience. “One thing I will talk about is mindset and perspective. For example, you don’t want to go through the house focused on what you need to get rid of,” he said. “You should instead focus on what you want to keep.”

After the presentation, Zopp will answer questions from people who come to the event. Then tours of Album Summit Pines will be available to anyone interested in checking out the soon-to-open community.

About Greystar
Album Summit Pines is a Greystar managed property. Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC (“Greystar”), is a global leader in the investment, development, and management of real estate, including rental housing, logistics and life sciences. Greystar offers expertise in property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing, logistics, and life sciences sectors.
A major area of focus for Greystar is on housing for active adults. Recognizing the oncoming wave of the largest demographic cohort in US history, in 2012 Greystar decided to enter senior housing at the most independent point of the continuum. Prior to this time, most active adult product was either 55+ new homes for sale in large sprawling communities or affordable housing. The company saw the opportunity to leverage its national development, management, and investment scale to add this new style of rental age-qualified housing to its conventional multi-family and student housing business lines.
Today, Greystar is the largest developer and manager of active adult apartment homes in the United States.
Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, Greystar manages and operates more than $275 billion of real estate in 238 markets globally with offices throughout North America, Europe, South America, and the Asia-Pacific region. Greystar is the largest operator of apartments in the United States, manages more than 803,000 units/beds globally, and has a robust institutional investment management platform comprised of more than $74 billion of assets under management, including nearly $32 billion of development assets.
Greystar was founded by Bob Faith in 1993 to become a provider of world-class service in the rental residential real estate business. To learn more, go to Greystar.com
