Fargo Pond Hockey Classic Is Now Accepting Registrations

Teams can consist of up to six players with games being played in a 3-on-3 format with no goalies.

It’s hockey time in North Dakota, so grab your skates and get ready to compete on the pond. The Fargo Park District is hosting its annual Fargo Pond Hockey Classic on February 12-13 and February 19-20 at Lindenwood Park.

The two-day tournament features three divisions:

  • Novice: This division is non-competitive play, meaning no high school experience.
  • Silver: This division is recreational play, meaning players have up to high school experience.
  • Gold: This division is competitive play, meaning players have up to college-level experience.

The Novice division tournament is scheduled for February 12-13, while the Silver and Gold division tournaments take place on February 19-20.

Teams can consist of up to six players with games being played in a 3-on-3 format with no goalies. Teams are guaranteed four games and each half is 12 minutes long. The cost for a six-person team is $210.00.
