CINCINNATI — Super Bowl Sunday will be Cincinnati Bengals Day across Ohio, Gov. Mike DeWine announced this week.

The Bengals will represent the AFC in Super Bowl LVI. The Los Angeles Rams, playing in their hometown, will represent the NFC. Kick-off is at 6:30 p.m.

"I wish the Bengals luck as they prepare to play the Los Angeles Rams this weekend," DeWine said in a statement. "They have had a great season and hopefully they can win once more to bring home Ohio's first Super Bowl championship and tenth NFL title!"

The governor's proclamation encourages all Ohioans to wear orange and black on Sunday to support the Bengals. Should Cincinnati hoist the Lombardi trophy, it would represent Ohio's first Super Bowl win and 10th NFL championship.

Most Ohioans will be watching the Super Bowl from home. Super Bowl LVI tickets are expected to be the most expensive in Super Bowl history, according to TickPick, a no-fee ticket marketplace. As of last week, the cheapest Super Bowl 56 ticket was going for about $5,200. The average listing price, was just above $12,000.
