Avon Lake Students Finalists in Essay Contest

Two Learwood Middle School students are among the three finalists in the “Stop the Hate” contest. 

Learwood students Noah Rish and Lexee Dalgleish, both in 7th grade, landed among the top three finalists for their essays to stop hatred, as part of the 5^th annual Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage Stop the Hate: Youth Speak Out! contest.

GRAND SCHOLARSHIP WINNER ($50,000 Scholarship)

THIRD PLACE ($15,000 Scholarship)
