  1. Expect a hike in your electricity bill come summertime. According to cleveland.com, "FirstEnergy, for the second time, had to buy electricity at a much higher price than it’s paying now. FirstEnergy agreed at a Tuesday auction to pay $97.70 per megawatt-hour for about one-third of the electricity it will start sending to customers in June. It’s a better price than the $122.30 per MwH seen at an auction in October, but much higher than the $52 to 54 per MwH it’s paying now. Rates from multiple auctions will be merged to determine what people pay from June 2023 through May 2024." (cleveland.com)
  2. House hunting on the web can sometimes leave you unfulfilled. While listing images can help, they're no stand-in for the real thing. That’s the beauty of the IRL open house: No more bumbling around in the dark! Ready to start hunting? To jump-start your search, we've compiled a list of the two recently listed open houses scheduled in the Avon-Avon Lake area. That way, you can get a feel for what's available before committing to anything. (Avon-Avon Lake Patch)
  3. According to cleveland.com, "a Colonial Revival-style home, built in 1910 at 36290 Detroit Road, is scheduled for demolition, making way for two modern buildings that will house a bank and a medical office. … The property already has been through the Landmark Preservation Committee process, according to Fechter. The house was on the Avon historic registry but, due to age and repairs needed, it has been removed from the registry. City Council is looking to approve special permits for the whole project at its next council meeting. (cleveland.com)

We don’t think Clive should live with cats.
Clive is a very sweet boy, loves attention, stuffed kongs, bene bones and anything else he can chew on. He also loves relaxing around the house. He’s a very easy guy to have at the house.
