Lynn Bolling of Avon Lake, Former Owner of Bolling Oven in Avon
Charter boat captain loved the outdoors.

Lynn H. Bolling, 70, of Avon Lake, passed away on Friday, March 29 after a long battle with cancer.
Born in Cleveland in 1943, Bolling lived in Avon Lake for 30 years.
He was a graduate of Bay High School and following graduation enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corp. He was the owner of Bolling Oven and Machine Co., Avon, for over 40 years retiring in 2005.

He was an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing. He was also a charter boat captain of his boat the "Albe-What?", taking fishing charters on Lake Erie.
Lynn is survived by his wife of 36 years Donna J. (nee Serensky), children Elizabeth Ann Strauch (Rick) of Indian Trail, NC and Robert Andrew Bolling of Avon Lake and grandson James Lynn Strauch. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Hilma Bolling.

The memorial service will be at Christ Lutheran Church, 4501 Clinton Ave, Lorain, Sunday, April 7 at 4 p.m. Pastor Laurie Miller of the church will officiate.
