Miller Nature Preserve's 'Arts in the Park' Concert Series Kicks Off June 13

Lorain County Metro Parks will feature a variety of music in two of our beautiful outdoor settings every Thursday starting June 13 at 6:30 p.m.
Miller Nature Preserve and Chef Mario from The Orchid Café will offer a limited menu and cash bar during each evening for the following concerts:
- June 13: Morrison McCarthy- Harmonica and guitar duo
- June 27: The Canterbury String Quartet- Classic, Jazz and Show Tunes
- July 11: Drew and Claudia Doman- Acoustic duo
- July 25: The Womack Family Band- Debuted 2010, vibes of the 60’s & 70’s
- Aug. 8: Guy Pernetti- Beautiful guitar includes Dobro and Hawaiian slide
- Aug. 22: The Steelheaders- Swaying folk-y sound to rock and soul
- Sept. 12: Just Us- Emphasizing songs with good vocal harmonies
- Sept 26: The Nia Jazz Quartet- Performed throughout Northeast Ohio
French Creek Nature & Arts Center in Sheffield Village and DeLuca’s Place in the Park will offer a limited menu and cash bar for the following

- July 18: Brent Kirby- Voted “best musician” by the Cleveland Scene
- Aug. 15: Morrison McCarthy- Harmonica and guitar duo
- Sept.19: Jeff Sherman- Huge repertoire that appeals to the audience.
Miller Nature Preserve is located at 2739 Center Road Avon and French Creek Nature & Arts Center is located at 4530 Colorado Ave. Sheffield Village.
