From my notebook:
- Cleveland Clinic: "When the temperature drops and it gets cold earlier, there is often a change of mood connected with the two chemicals of melatonin and serotonin in your body. Dark cold nights can trigger an intense feeling of loneliness and a drop in serotonin, and there may even be a significant link between cuffing season and seasonal affective disorder." - Cleveland Clinic: "How do you nurture creativity? Where do good ideas come from? What can we learn from failure? Forward thinkers who exemplify the spirit of innovation at Cleveland Clinic tell us how they do what they do. " (Cleveland Clinic via Instagram)
- Avon Lake City Schools: "Stay up-to-date regarding our Building A Legacy facilities project. Save the date to attend our next community forum, Feb. 23 at 6:30 p.m. at ALHS Link below includes slide presentation and video from the November community forum. " (Avon Lake City Schools via Facebook)
