Stark States College: Free Vision Screenings Oct. 1 At Stark State College
Clinics will continue through May. No clinics will be held during the summer months.

(North Canton, OH – Sept. 14, 2021) – Free vision screenings are being offered by Stark State College’s ophthalmic technology students on the first Friday of every month, open to individuals of all ages. The next clinic is set for Oct. 1.

No appointment is necessary for the walk-in clinic where the services include screening for
- near and distance vision
- color vision
- depth perception
- central vision
- fusion (amblyopia or lazy eye)
- glaucoma.
The clinics are held from 9 a.m. – noon and 1-3 p.m. in room J100 in the Health Sciences Building at 6200 Frank Ave. NW with entrance off Mega Street and parking in the Massage Clinic lot.
