Here are the top three stories in Cincinnati today:

1. Ohio men, including one from Cincinnati, were arrested for a cold case murder from 1997. Yesterday, Jan. 24, Richardo Sepulveda, a 51-year-old from Cincinnati, and Michael Sepulveda, a 49-year-old from Toledo, were arrested in connection to the 1997 homicide of "John Doe." The two men face multiple charges including first-degree premeditated murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree premeditated murder, assault with intent to maim, and tampering with evidence. 2. Cincinnati Public Schools announced all schools will be closed today, Jan. 25, due to inclement weather. The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a Winter Storm Warning for the Greater Cincinnati area from midnight on Jan. 24 to 1:00 p.m. on Jan. 25 and estimates four to six inches of heavy, wet snow. 3. On Jan. 24, Director Gabe Davis told a Council committee that the Citizen Complaint Authority, Cincinnati’s independent police oversight board, is on track to clear the complaint backlog within a year despite the increase of complaints in 2022. The board nearly doubled the number of completed investigations last year. Davis is working on a report about traffic stops, a full yearly report for 2022, and a "patterns and recommendations" report for 2021. (WVXU)
