  1. A former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver was in town and left a $1,000 tip after dining at Holy Grail. Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson tweeted out a photo of his tab with the $1,000 tip on his total bill of $78.09. He wrote on the bill, "Ravens don't stand a chance tomorrow!!" as he was in town for the Bengals and Ravens Wild Card game. (WLWT Cincinnati)
  2. A serious crash Sunday morning left a portion of I-71 shut down for hours. The crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. due to a wrong-way driver. Lanes between the Martin Luther King Drive and Dana Avenue exits were affected. One person was reported injured and was taken to the hospital. (WKRC TV Cincinnati)
  3. A death row inmate was released from Hamilton County Jail on bond Saturday. Elwood Jones, who has been on death row for almost 30 years, was granted a new trial for his conviction of killing a woman in 1994 at a Blue Ash hotel. Although the new trial date has not been confirmed, Jones is out on bail under electronic monitoring. (WLWT Cincinnati)
