Power! Pride! Pro Wrestling! A Drag & Wrestling Extravaganza Returns 11/14
Power! Pride! Pro Wrestling!: A Drag & Wrestling Extravaganza! returns Nov. 14 for another night of fantastic entertainment.

Returning for its fourth year, Power! Pride! Pro Wrestling!: A Drag & Wrestling Extravaganza! will combine pro wrestling with a drag show to create an evening of great entertainment. Presented by Cincinnati Pride, it's people simply coming together for a night of fun, merging worlds in such a unique way.
Debuting November 4, 2022, it was intended as a one-time show bringing together the world of pro wrestling and the LGTBQ+ community. It was so successful attendees and others who later saw it on YouTube immediately started asking for more. A successful second event in 2023 pretty much locked it in as a yearly event.
Once again, Rhinegeist Brewery will host Power! Pride! Pro Wrestling! Doors open at 6 PM, with a 7 PM bell time. Hosts for the night are Kora Sline & DJ Boywife. The night will feature drag performances by Stixen Stones, Brock Leah Spears and P.H. Dee. AJ's Cheesesteaks will be the food truck offering offer cheesesteaks, wings and fries, which go great with Rhinegeist's beer selection.

Last year, I talked to promoter, long-time friend and (mostly) retired pro wrestler Heather Owens, Co-Chair of Cincinnati Pride Athletics Committee, about the event. That interview is at On the Beat with Heather Owens. You can tell by Heather's enthusiasm and passion how much this event means to her and how excited she is about it. Knowing Heather, I know if she is involved, it is a fantastic event.
Living in the Chicago area, I haven't made it to a Power! Pride! Pro Wrestling! event yet, but I hope to make it out to a show. Either way, I support the cause. After talking to Heather about it several times, I very much want to experience it in person. More importantly, I want to help spread the word.
Located in the OTR-downtown Cincy area, Rhinegeist Brewery is the perfect place for the event. I suggest arriving at 6, getting food and a couple drinks and soaking in the atmosphere, before settling in for a fun night. Tickets are available now.
