Here are the top three stories in Cincinnati today:
- The Trans-Siberian Orchestra will be performing 'The Ghosts of Christmas Eve' at the Heritage Bank Center. This performance has become an annual holiday tradition across the country, and Cincinnati residents are ready to celebrate. There will be two performances that will support multiple charities: the 3:00 p.m. performance will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Alzheimer’s Association and the Cincinnati Zoo, while the 7:00 p.m. performance will be presenting New Path Child & Family Solutions, Music Resource Center and Toys For Tots with a portion of the proceeds. Visit the link for dates and tickets. (Heritage Bank Center)
- A young girl was hit by a vehicle in Walnut Hills on Tuesday morning. The 12-year-old girl, who has not been identified, was struck just before 7:30 a.m. on William Howard Taft Road near Victory Parkway. The driver of the vehicle stopped and is cooperating with the police. The girl was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. (FOX19)
- The 2nd Annual Black Book Fair is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 19. Hosted by Regal Rhythms Poetry, the event will celebrate aspiring and published authors who are Black, indigenous, or people of color. The Book Fair is free, but space is limited. Visit the link to get involved. (EventBrite)
