4-Star Cleveland Hts. Standout Jaylen Harris Could Be a Buckeye

The Cleveland Heights football 4-star recruit has narrowed his college selections down to 5.

Jaylen Harris knows he will be playing college football. Harris also knows it will be at one of a short list of 5 colleges he's narrowed it down to. Right now, his top five colleges are:

  • Alabama
  • Ohio State
  • Michigan State
  • Tennessee
  • Penn State

According to cleveland.com, colleges became interested in Harris after Ohio State offered him a scholarship in the spring of 2015. 247Sports.com says the 4-star 6' 5", 210 lbs. wide receiver has a 75% probability of going to Ohio State (Go Bucks). The site also has Harris ranked as Ohio's top receiver and fifth overall in composite rankings for the class of 2017. (4 of the top 5 have committed to Ohio State.)

Harris and Cleveland Heights headed to the playoffs after winning the Lake Erie League only losing to State Champs, Lakewood St. Edward.
